The reform of the Agencia Machinas offices has been one of the most interesting works for Inventia Project and for the whole Grupo Inventia. Inventia Project team is prepared to work in any business premises and this is a good sign. Dental clinics, rehabilitation centers, bakeries, cafes and offices, adapting to each space is one of the qualities of our professionals. And in this case, it was proved again.

The agency responsible, Sergi Romeu, got in touch with Inventia Project with a very clear idea. This was to adapt the office to achieve greater worker productivity, because the spaces did not fully exploit its possibilities. The two premises of Mr. Romeu were the maintenance of certain aesthetic elements, which gave a distinct look to the premises and to achieve greater spaciousness and light.

With this in mind, the Inventia Project team set out to restructure the plan. Common areas and corridors were removed to create open spaces, ending with the small and closed rooms. Were kept, as was the client’s desire, many of the previous decorative elements. Were naturally integrated with the the new furniture, creating a modern and outstanding look. Another important point was the lighting. Was increased by the opening of spaces and through a series of fused metal lamps in the style of the office.

The result of the project has been the creation of an office of great breadth and with a warm atmosphere. As demanded Sergi Romeu, the space is open and ready to adapt to changes that may occur in any office, something that was much more difficult before. One of the most spectacular works done by Grupo Inventia was the reform of the physiotherapy clinic Cerede that carried out Inventia Project. The variety of rooms to be reconditioned, the large spaces and the geometry of the building were some of the challenges our team passed in an excellent way. The result was the highest customer satisfaction.

The head of clinic Cerede, Jose Manuel Sanchez, got in touch with Inventia Project to reform his premises. His requests resulted in a very ambitious project. In total, were needed nearly a dozen different rooms each other to fit out a clinic with the highest standards of quality. To reception and offices was necessary to add a multipurpose and training room, a fitness center with and their corresponding locker rooms and four independent units of cures.

The Inventia Project team worked with these objectives considering the need to create spaces that were part of a unique atmosphere. The rooms were many and different, but the clinic is only one. To this end, it was made a careful selection of furniture and lighting adapted to each room and the materials and colors were chosen to give harmony between them. It was sought to give a natural and modern image, which will provide relaxation to clients of the clinic. The oak parquet, wood and bone white achieved that unique atmosphere for the entire site while providing the necessary tranquility for those in their environments.

The final result of the reform of clinic Cerede was an interior space of high quality design. Jose Manuel Sanchez expressed his satisfaction with the work of Inventia Project because they not only adjusted to its requests but also achieved to respond to its needs in an original, unique and practical way. For Grupo Inventia, the highlight of this work is to have fulfilled the expectations of the customer and, moreover, have created a perfect space for José Manuel Sánchez customers themselves.

Inventia Click continues to grow in numbers of cities

Inventia Click increases its tourist offer with two new destinations: Berlin and Seville. The portal for rental apartments does not stop growing and with these new additions maintains its growth rate, allowing it to be already present in six cities. The German capital and the capital of Andalusia are two destinations in great demand and their apartments keep the quality in the accommodation that characterizes Inventia Click.
